Eat Regularly and Frequently
Like most of the people who want to lose weight abide by this rule but those who want to gain must follow it consistently. Eating regularly means to have meals at least 5 to 6 times a day and getting the essential nutrients. Eating regularly does not mean to take junk and processed food. Rather, you should take small meals packed with nutrients and proteins. Think of food such as cheese, dry fruit, nuts, peanut butter, avocados and fruits that are dense in calorie but very much nutritious and healthy. Avoid taking sodas and coffee and try to take smoothies, fresh juices and shakes for boost in energy. Drink at least half an hour before or after the meal because you don’t need to be full before getting some diet.
Consume Right Type of Fats
If you want a big macho body and get rid of thin and tiny skinny body, increase your consumption of foods such as dairy products, nuts, avocados, meat and other fatty products. Avoid consuming ice cream, French fried and junky food. Some other healthy food can include things like peanuts, olive oil and cashews. Never go for saturated fats gained from processed foods. Muffins, fruit pies, yogurt and granola bars can be a good treat for you. Protein rich food such as cheese, fish, meat and eggs are good for gaining weight. If you are vegetarian, you can go for soy products such as rice, corn or tofu.
Layer on the Carb
Carbs are very much effective and helpful in building muscles and improves all the functions in your body. Carbs are a good source of energy. Simple carbs must be avoided whereas complex carbs are good to go. Simple carbs contain empty calories, which may get stored as a fat residue because sugar get into your bloodstream rapidly and boost the blood sugar level. Brown rice, potatoes and whole grains fall into the same category. The sugar gets out slowly into your bloodstream and provide necessary supply of energy for a longer period.
Eat late at Night
Sometimes, consuming food at different time can bring a rapid change in your weight. Having a dinner late at night and eating some rich dessert will surely bring a change in your body. In a study, it was revealed that people who consume snacks after 8pm have higher body mass than people who don’t take at night. Try to eat as much as possible during late hours. Do not get overloaded with food coz it will bring negative impact on your body. Try consuming food that makes you feel less hungry.
