A global icon whose mother Betty Sue Depp was a waitress during his early childhood and whose father John Christopher Depp was a civil engineer. Depp’s parents separated ways after which his stepfather Robert Palmer became an inspiration and a role model for him.

After getting motivation from his mother and school principal, Depp began rocking in a band called The Kids in 1980. The band soon moved to Los Angeles and changed the name of the band to Six Gun Method.
