We are nearly entering the fall season, and I personally love this season amongst all the other seasons. Mainly because it gives me all sorts of warm, cozy, and aesthetic vibes. And I know I am not alone in this, I know many other people who love the fall season and wait for it all year round.
So, what I like to do is, I like to fully prepare myself for this season whenever it has to arrive. In my mind, I want to capture it whole and don’t want to miss even a single bit of it. So, if you are like me and are reading this blog post to get to know how to prepare your mind and body for the season and get the most out of it then keep on reading. You definitely don’t want to miss out on it.
1. Create a new meal plan:
Each season has different fruits and vegetables to offer so why not get the most out of it. Make a new meal plan and include different fruits and vegetables which the fall season has to offer. The most popular fruit of this season is PUMPKIN. It can be added to the main course and definitely can be had as a dessert. Design your meal plan according to the fruits and vegetables available at your local grocery store. Enjoying the fruits and vegetables of the season will give you a satisfactory feeling and will enable you to get the most out of the season.
2. Stick to your regular sleeping routine:
The change in seasons can definitely mess up with the sleeping patterns. What you want to do in this case is that just stick to your regular bedtime and wake-up routine. But then slowly and gradually shifting your bedtime back to 15 minutes or so until you have achieved your goal and are satisfied. And then do the same with the wake-up time. Usually, during the fall season, the evening is prolonged so you might want to wake up a bit early so that you can get maximum daylight.
3. Make changes in your skin-care routine:
As the weather changes our skin needs also tend to change especially during the fall and the winter season. During these seasons what I start to do is that I add heavy moisturizing creams into my night-time skincare routine. Although I have very oily skin during this time of the year, it tends to go a bit on the drier side. Also, don’t forget to maintain your daily intake of water. As in these seasons, we do not feel a lot of thirst due to which the body can get dehydrated. So, you definitely want to keep this in your mind.
4. Decorate the house with Fall Decorations:
Another way to get fully into the zone is by decorating your house with fall decorations. Like some pumpkin decoration pieces or some artificial leaves would quite do the job. Light some candles in spiced pumpkin latte scent, pumpkin chai scent, or any other candle with a spicy and musky scent. These are the scents that typically go with the fall season so you don’t want to add anything floral as it will give you a feeling that you are still in the summer season and your mind won’t really get prepared for the fall season. I love to light candles in the Fall season, it just helps me get into the warm and the cozy zone very quickly.
It really doesn’t take me time to transition into the fall season. But if you are one of those who can’t really seem to change their mood with the seasons then the above techniques should be a ‘must’ try for you. And do tell me in the comments section if they worked out for you or not. Cheers and have a nice day my Lovely Ladies!
